Response to Hi Benjamin, it may be the o ring needing to be lubricated, or cleaned of any dirt or debris. It could be the housing is warped or has a hairline crack. It could also be that the clamp is worn not able to tighten any more sealing the pump. It will take inspection of all of this to get a better idea as to what the cause of the leak is.
