Response to Will it fit?  Yes, but, unless the motor on your pump is different than the factory recommended and used, it is not the proper size (horsepower) for the existing motor on your Sta-Rite Pump and will result in lower flow and/or pressure.  Your USQ1202 motor is a 1 HP Uprate motor, so the most appropriate impeller for it is this Impeller - C105-138PEB.  If you do want the smaller impeller we would recommend getting the Century 3/4 HP Square Flange 48Y Up Rate Motor - USQ1072 so they match and so you get the optimal efficiency.
