Response to Michael. If you have confirmed that the power supply is getting power but not coming on then it could be a fuse or a bad power supply. To locate the replacement you'll have to get the model number/name of the cleaner or the p/n off of the power supply. Replacing the power supply will be the least expensive way to go.
