Response to My STA-RITE 14965-0021 multiport valve has this rotor/gasket combination, so I am asking here. I don't have any water leaking from or through the valve. But recently when the pump turns off, I can hear air leaking INTO the system around this valve. Previously the filter and plumbing were airtight. So when the pump started, there was no air in the system and the pump did not have to prime. Now it needs to prime. Will replacing this rotor/gasket fix the air leak? Or is another part needed?
