In order to control the speeds you will need the Toggle Switch and Canopy Kit for 56Y 2-Speed - 2512558-001 or Dual Speed Pump Timer - T10604R. You will also need the Whisperflo Tune Up Kit -  GOKIT32 or GOKIT32SALT.
