Response to Hi Morales, On this motor you would need a seperate external control to switch from high speed to low speed. If you currently have a standard yellow dial timer then you require the purchase of a T106R dual speed pump timer. Your current timer would power the motor on and off and the T106R timer would control the high and low speeds. For this reason I like the B2984T Digital Dual Speed Motor which is this same motor but with an integrated digital timer on top of the motor. The digital dual speed motor is about the same cost as purchasing this motor with the T106R timer however the digital dual speed B2984T is much easier to install and program.
